Liked the hot breakfast and it was close to the shopping area.
Continental breakfast ended up being a full breakfast and a super nice "breakfast staff".
Staff was great and location was good.
Beds were too hard.
The service when i arrived it was good ( check in ) and the lady that checks you in is very fast ,she does know what she is doing ,they are not very busy so they can help you with directions etc very close to the mall and also close to sugarloaf mountain very nice trails .
Breakfast on the weekend is only at 7 am and close to the road for traffic noise and the rooms were small and the also the bathrooms are small also no elevators and the parking lot needs looking after. I think the staff should have uniforms and then you would know who works there ,and the windows at the end of the hallways should be cleaned once in awhile , I know i could think of more but for now hopefully some of these things will be addressed .
Nice room Nice Lobby Good hot breakfast with friendly service Great comfy pillows and bed Great night's sleep
Don't settle for the convenience of the "Chinese Canadian Seafood" restaurant next door.
Room was clean. Comfortable
Rooms didn't have a fridge. When I booked online I asked for a lower level room and had a price but when I got to the hotel they put me upstairs and they had to move me downstairs and charged me more...why when you book a room that you don't get exactly what you reserved. I have issues with my knee so I booked ahead and still had an issue.
Good place to stay, close to shopping and restaurants.
A large tour bus group meant that there was limited choice for the included breakfast.
friendly staff, very nice hotel as it was recently renovated. Hot breakfast, above standard. The hotel is very busy.
My request with Booked.net for a ground floor room could not be found. But we were lucky and got the ground floor unit anyway.
We liked that breakfast was provided and that the hotel was "non smoking".
There was no washroom near the lobby/breakfast room and one had to walk the full length of either wing to get to a stairway. It would be nice if there was at least a patio out back so that people had a place to sit outside.
It is generally a clean renovated chain hotel - nothing super special but what you would expect.
We were given a room that smelled of smoke (even though the entire property is non smoking). We were told it has been super busy and that the entire hotel was booked solid and that we could stay in the smelly room and work out some kind of deal in the morning OR they could try to rebook us into another hotel. I think that was not really an option bc when I said book me elsewhere bc I cant sleep in a smokey room then SUDDENLY there was another room in the same (booked solid) hotel. Also odd that when I said the room smelled smokey the front desk guy said the room had been empty for 5 days (but he had just said it was super busy at the hotel). Anyway we moved and the new room was fine and comfortable with no issues what so ever. The breakfast lady was also very nice.
Accessible room with sliding doors
Very expensive for a basic hotel room
Breakfast was included as well as a fridge! Bed was comfortable! Able to access the room from the back sliding doors making it easier to move heavy bags in!
Was in the outskirts of town - only one restaurant within walking distance and it wasn't great!
Comfortable room and bed
There is no proper room for breakfast, only a few tables in the entrance, too many people at breakfast time, so no place for everybody. Location is not really nice, on a main road, not in the city center.
The room smelled cigarette and was shown as a non-smoking room. We changed room but the second one had the same bad smell. There were not enough tables in the breakfast area to serve all guest and food quality was ''basic''.
